has about 100 rounds thru it, like new condition, comes with 3 magazines, shoulder and paddle holster, lee 45acp dies. p/u price is 500.00 with permit to purchase or conceal carry only, also add some reloads and 50 factory rounds. add 50.00 xtra with no ammo if i have to ship thru ffl

Permit to purchase. Are you out of state? Never heard of permit to purchase in SC.
